  Registration Bulletin

You can register for the Conference by completing the registration form or you can register directly on-line through a secure site.

Participants who pre-register will benefit by a reduced registration fee as well as having their entire documentation ready on arrival at the Conference registration desk. Each registrant is requested to submit a separate registration form (or a photocopy of it), along with the registration fee. Registration forms without payment will not constitute a pre-registration.

In order to be part of the ICF12 Program, the author/presenter must register and pay the conference registration fee no later than April 15, 2009.

Fees

Registered regular participants and students are entitled to attend all technical sessions, the exhibits, and to receive a CD-ROM of the Full Papers and a copy of the Program and the Abstracts. In addition, the Welcoming Reception is included in the registration fee.

The BANQUET is included in the registration fee for regular participants ONLY.

Additional ticket: SOLD OUT.

Accompanying Person

Accompanying Person registration includes ONE ticket to the Welcoming Reception, a two hour guided city tour of Ottawa by air conditioned highway coach and an overview of things to see and do in Ottawa by a representative of Ottawa Tourism. The city tour will take place on Monday, July 13, 2009 at 14:00 hours.

Cancellation and Refunds

Participants may withdraw their registration in writing prior to June 1, 2009. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 CAD administration fee. After this date no refunds will be possible.
