Instructions for Preparing Final Camera-Ready Papers
- Oral Contributions

All Oral Accepted Authors (contributions) are asked to submit a Camera-Ready Paper which will be reviewed for technical and scientific quality. Notice of the results of the review will be sent to the presenting author by February 15, 2009.

• Papers are due by the deadline date of Thursday, October 30, 2008 at 11:59 PM EST, and must be in final camera-ready PDF format. The only submission form is through web-base upload of PDF.
• Papers must be submitted using the same abstract title and topic as specified in the on-line submission of abstract.
• Authors must provide the name and email address of two (2) potential reviewers.
• In order to be included into the ICF 12 Program, the author/presenter must register and pay the conference registration fee by April 15, 2009.
• The submitted final camera-ready paper MUST be prepared in strict adherence to the guidelines.
• The size of your PDF file CANNOT exceed the 2 MB limit

 

Licence to Publish

In submitting the FINAL camera-ready paper, you certify that the paper is an original contribution that has not been presented or published elsewhere and give permission for the Conference organizers to publish the Conference Proceedings on CD-ROM and/or Website. The CD-ROM of the Final Papers will be provided to every registered participant at the Conference.

Furthermore, authors are required to transfer the copyright of their article to the publisher (NRC). Papers cannot be published until the following are received by the Conference Management Office:

1. Completed Licence to Publish Form
2. Completed Registration Form
3. Full Registration Fee Payment

This transfer will ensure the widest possible dissemination of information.
